The Costa Rica is a single-origin coffee from the San Ignacio de Acosta region, resulting from a blend of Caturra and Catuai coffees. Harvested between December and February, this coffee is grown at altitudes between 1400 and 1700 meters. After a selective, hand-picked harvest.
