From Breton cottages to Parisian apartments, Filet Bleu cookies have been enjoyed for almost a century! These Sablé au Citron, Lemon and Almond Biscuits, are bursting with lemony flavor paired with Almond. These are perfect to enjoy with tea, coffee or milk!

It was in 1920 that the "Filet Bleu" brand was created.  From Breton thatched cottages to Parisian tables, the spoon cookies, galettes and other small butters have been pleasing gourmets for almost a century.  In 1919, Henri Friant, a former mousse, founded with his wife Marie, a cookie factory in Pont L'Abbé. As a tribute to the Breton sailors, he named his company "Biscuiterie du Filet Bleu".

Filet Bleu Lemon & Almond Cookies are flavored with delicious lemons and almonds, they are so delicious you can eat them by themselves.Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Fat (Rapeseed), Lemon Chips 10% (Sugar, Apple, Lemon Pulp 19.5%, Dextrose, Pineapple Fibres, Thickener: Sodium Alginate - Calcium Phosphate, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid - Potassium Citrate, Natural Lemon Flavouring, Colour: Curcumin), Concentrated Butter, Almonds 5%, Eggs, Raising Agents: Sodium Hyrogen Carbonate - Disodium Diphosphate - Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate, Invert sugar syrup, Lemon Filling (Lemon Juice and Pulp, Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Natural lemon flavouring), Lactose and Milk Proteins, Flavouring, Salt. May contain traces of Soy, Peanut, and Nuts.
