Winter Drinks
Ingredients for one cup:
Organic spicy rooibos - 1 sachet
Orange - 1 zest
Cinnamon - 1 long stick
Cloves and pink peppercorns - 2 or 3 of each
Sugar cane or agave syrup or honey (optional) - 1 drizzle
Childhood dreams loose leaf tea (Paname's addition) - one tea spoon

Put a sachet of organic rooibos in a cup, pour over water at 90°C/194°F, leave to steep for four to five minutes. Remove the bag.

Add a zest of orange, cloves and pink peppercorns. Add a cinnamon stick.
- Enjoy while it is hot!
N.B.
In our Paname's version, we replaced cloves and pink peppercorns with delicious Childhood dreams loose leaves. Composed of apple pieces, hibiscus flowers, rose hips, licorice and red fruit aromas, this herbal tea pairs perfectly with spicy rooibos.
Matcha

Ingredients for one 8 oz cup:
Organic Mix for Matcha Latte - 8 to 10 g (2 tea spoons)
Plant based drink or cow milk - 250 ml (8 oz)
Cinnamon (optional) - 1 long stick
Equipment:
Milk pitcher
Electric milk frother or coffee machine steam wand.

In a milk pitcher, pour 250 ml of plant-based drink or cow milk.
- Then add 8 to 10 g of the matcha mix.

Froth the mixture using the steam wand.
Pour into a cup, your matcha is ready!
Chai Latte

Ingredients for one 8 oz cup:
Organic Mix for Chai Latte - 8 to 10 g (2 tea spoons)
Plant based drink or cow milk - 250 ml (8 oz)
Orange and Lemon - 1 slice of each
Cinnamon (optional) - 1 long stick
Equipment:
Milk pitcher
Electric milk frother or coffee machine steam wand.

In a milk pitcher, pour 250 ml of plant-based drink or cow milk.
- Then add 8 to 10 g of the chai mix.

Froth the mixture using the steam wand.
Pour into cup, your chai is ready!
