Job Description:  We are seeking a hands-on Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for client accounts. This role focuses on relationship building, and overseeing field operations.  You’ll drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while supporting and coaching field teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or leadership, preferably in food service or a related service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree, Associate’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Microsoft

Responsibilities

  • Participate in work team meetings
  • Communicating with vendors, suppliers, technicians, and customers
  • Data entry into computer systems
  • Emailing information to vendors and customers
  • Assisting with inbound and outbound packages 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement projects and develop proposals.
  • Resolve client issues and address concerns proactively.
  • Monitor account renewals, financial performance, and profitability.
  • Support hiring, training, and coaching of new employees.

Work Location:  In person/office/visitng customers in the field,

 Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Start Date:  Typically within 2-3 weeks of the first interview.
