Tea Mocktails for the Summer

Fruits Rouges with Fruit
Ingredients for one long Café Richard glass (38 cl / 12.849 oz)
Fruits Rouges tea - 1 sachet
Or Fruits Rouges loose leaf tea - 1 tea spoon
Orange and Lemon - 1 slice of each
Sugar cane or agave syrup or honey (optional) - a drizzle
Cinnamon - 1 long stick

Put a tea sachet in a glass, pour over water at room temperature, leave to steep for an hour or longer. Remove the bags or strain if you use loose leaf tea.

Add slices of orange and lemon. Mix with a cinnamon stick.

Serve with ice cubes.
Apricot with Fruit
Ingredients for one long Café Richard glass (38 cl / 12.849 oz)
Apricot-orange rooibos tea - 1 sachet
Fresh strawberries - 1 large
Orange - 1 half slice with the central pith removed
Grapefruit - 1 zest
Sugar cane (optional) - 1 drizzle
Cinnamon - 1 long stick

Put a tea sachet in a glass, pour over water at room temperature, leave to steep for an hour or longer. Remove the bag.

Add the strawberry cut into four, the half slice of orange, the grapefruit zest and the drizzle of sugar cane syrup (if wished). Mix with a cinnamon stick.

Serve with ice cubes.
Mint Green Tea
Ingredients for one long Café Richard glass (38 cl / 12.849 oz)
Organic mint green tea - 1 sachet
Or mint green loose leaf tea - 1 teaspoon
Cucumber and Lime - 1 slice of each
Sugar cane syrup (optional) - a drizzle
Cinnamon - 1 long stick

Put a tea sachet in a glass, pour over water at room temperature, leave to steep for an hour or longer. Remove the bags or strain if you use loose leaf tea.

Add slices of cucumber and lime, a few spring of mint and the drizzle of sugar cane syrup (if wished). Mix with a cinnamon stick.

Serve with ice cubes.
N.B.
For all above-mentioned mocktails, you can use a teapot or pitcher, just increase the amount of ingredients accordingly.
Refrigerate and drink within 24 hours.
