Tea Mocktail: Mint Green Tea

 

Ingredients for one long Café Richard glass (38 cl / 12.849 oz)

Organic mint green tea - 1 sachet

Or mint green loose leaf tea - 1 teaspoon

Cucumber and Lime - 1 slice of each

Sugar cane syrup (optional) - a drizzle

Cinnamon - 1 long stick

  • Put a tea sachet in a glass, pour over water at room temperature, leave to steep for an hour or longer. Remove the bags or strain if you use loose leaf tea. 

  • Add slices of cucumber and lime, a few spring of mint and the drizzle of sugar cane syrup (if wished). Mix with a cinnamon stick.

  • Serve with ice cubes. 

N.B. 

You can use a teapot or pitcher, just increase the amount of ingredients accordingly. 

Refrigerate and drink within 24 hours.
