Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of related office experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Microsoft

Responsibilities
- Provide general office and secretarial services to include basic filing and reception telephone duties
- Participate in work team meetings
- Communicating with vendors, suppliers, technicians, and customers
- Data entry into computer systems
- Emailing information to vendors and customers
- Placing office orders with suppliers
- Keeping the office organized
- Assisting with inbound and outbound packages
Work Location: In person/office, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Start Date: Typically within 2-3 weeks of the first interview.
