Making Cold Brew with Toddy Commercial System

What will you need?

• 1 Toddy Commercial Cold Brew System with filter paper

• 2 kilograms of coarse ground coffee (1 kilogram for a 1/2 batch)

• 14 quarts of ambient temperature water (7 quarts for a 1/2 batch)

Tips and Notes:

• This recipe makes a concentrate.
• Fill up your glass to the brim with ice and pour the cold brew concentrate over the ice.
• Enjoy with cream, or milk, or simply black!
• For an elegant presentation, serve with in a stemmed glass.
• Feel free to add orange peels, red fruits, cinnamon sticks, or cocoa beans to enhance the flavors of the origin used.
