Making Cold Brew with Toddy Commercial System

What will you need?
1 Toddy Commercial Cold Brew System with filter paper
2 kilograms of coarse ground coffee (1 kilogram for a 1/2 batch)
14 quarts of ambient temperature water (7 quarts for a 1/2 batch)
Tips and Notes:
- This recipe makes a concentrate.
- Fill up your glass to the brim with ice and pour the cold brew concentrate over the ice.
- Enjoy with cream, or milk, or simply black!
- For an elegant presentation, serve with in a stemmed glass.
- Feel free to add orange peels, red fruits, cinnamon sticks, or cocoa beans to enhance the flavors of the origin used.
