Cold brew infusion emboldens many of the subtitles within a coffee roast. This provides notably distinct differences from one roast to another. We have seen great success when cold brew coffees are placed on a rotating menu, highlighting different pure origin Grand Cru coffees every couple weeks. Cafés Richard boasts a selection of Grand Cru coffees that each share the taste of a particular Terroir or region. It is the perfect compliment to the cold brew process.

We have two options for cold brew infusion, the Toddy and the Yama. With Toddy the infusion is a breeze. There is minimal prep and clean up, yet the infusion is of the highest quality. If the goal is to create buzz around your cold brew, Yama is the show piece set up and makes the sight of your cold brew process something to behold.
